All items purchased from our store are covered by a 14-day warranty from the date of purchase.

Please note that the warranty for electronic components and mechatronics is subject to the following conditions:

• before installing the mechatronics, a complete diagnosis of the automatic transmission was made, confirming the need to replace the mechatronics

• confirmed the absence of other faults leading to incorrect operation of the gearbox

• the procedure for changing the oil in the automatic transmission was carried out

All claims for the exchange or return of spare parts of good quality are accepted within 14 calendar days from the moment the goods arrive to the buyer. After 14 days, the application for the return of a quality product is not considered.

In case of self-selection, the buyer is responsible for the correct identification of the spare part. The list of analogues on our website www.jnp.su is for reference only and does not serve as a reason for returning goods! For the correct selection of spare parts, it is necessary to use the catalogs of auto manufacturers, our managers provide assistance in identifying the required spare part for ordering.

Return of defective goods is subject to the safety of the packaging, presentation and proof of purchase.

To return a defective product to the buyer, it is enough to provide the following documents:

1) A copy of the license (or details) of the car service where the repair work took place.

2) A copy of the annex to the license for permitted activities.

3) An act with a seal of a car service indicating the cause of the product malfunction, as well as an order for work and spare parts indicating the VIN number, year of manufacture, car make, vehicle mileage at the time of installation of the product and vehicle mileage at the time the product malfunction was detected.
